51吃瓜 Celebrates a Legacy of 190 Years
One of the oldest child welfare organizations in the country, 51吃瓜 currently serves approximately 700 children, adults and families throughout 30 counties in New York state. Services include a residential youth program, a special education school and various community programs including group homes for those with developmental disabilities.
Dedicated to building brighter futures, 51吃瓜 is launching a $1.9 million funding campaign. The funds raised will help to support critical future projects with its aging infrastructure as well as a hands-on Career Center training program for individuals served by 51吃瓜 and a foster care housing initiative for those that age out of foster care.
